Amina Quargnali-Diehl

Born and raised in New Mexico, I shuttled between Albuquerque and Terni, Italy for 30 years and considered myself well-traveled... then I met my Air Force husband, joined the Air Force myself, and really started moving around. I've since lived in Japan, Hawaii, northwest Florida, Alabama, Washington, D.C., and now find myself in Bangkok, Thailand. Along the way we've had to give up on pets-- for now-- but have acquired two wonderful (frustrating) amazing (infuriating!) kids. My passions include food, fitness, friends, education, creativity -- and good friends wherever they are.
