In the last week of July, 2012, Amy was hired as a contract worker by TEKsystems, filling a Software Support Specialist role at Carnegie Learning, Inc. for just over six months. She drew on both her Computer Science bachelor's degree (Franciscan University of Steubenville, May 2012) and her years of student work experience in Academic Computing and the Office of Information Technology to provide technical support to Carnegie Learning's customers.

As a result of her accomplishments in that role, Amy was hired on full-time by Carnegie Learning at the beginning of February, 2013. She continues to excel in that position, providing technical solutions to customers (and fellow employees, on occasion).

Amy's goals for the future are more technically-oriented. While she appreciates the challenges provided by a customer-facing role, Amy's true passion is programming. She would like to eventually transition into a QA or Software Development position - somewhere that allows a more hands-on approach to problem solving.

Amy is currently happy at Carnegie Learning, but you are still free to contact her. Only real human beings with real contact requests, please. Amy is deletes spam without reading and takes offense at advertisements.
