Anand Patel is a Tampa Bay area real estate developer, investor and broker with interests in real estate technology, new ventures/start-ups, senior living / active adult communities, self-storage facilities.
He is president of Pangea Realty Group (PRG) a Tampa-based commercial real estate sales, leasing, development and investment firm as well as Pangea Venture Group which focuses on investing in various start-ups.
Prior to launching PRG, Anand headed a multi-state brokerage focused on bank-owned properties while holding real estate licenses in FL, GA and TN.
As a developer Anand has built office parks, retail centers and self-storage facilities around Tampa Bay.
