With a degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University Business School, Ana developed her career in strategic marketing management as Marketing Director for Portugal, Spain and Turkey with global commercial real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield.

Ana recently completed an MBA with Henley Business School in the UK, one of the Economist's global top 20 and also obtained a certificate in Social Media Strategy by New York University (NYU).

Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, Ana lives in the United Kingdom, and as a true citizen of the world, she has embraced the concept of a portfolio career. Besides being head of Marketing for AngloINFO (full time), she is also a blogger for luxury travel guides hg2.com, and has also recently setup her own blog at http://mrsoaroundtheworld.com. She also owns and manages a health and beauty business based in Lisbon.

She has recently co-written Harvard Trends, with Pedro Barbosa, which has been published in Portugal in December 2011 (and was #1 in domestic sales - El Corte Inglés, 2nd best selling business book in 2011) and will be published in key global markets throughout 2012.
