My name is Andrea Cioffi and I am a Phd specialized in performance measurement systems. Today, as a co-founder and CEO of Digital Dictionary, I am applying my competencies in digital marketing industry, in order to design solutions promoted to support firms in increase competitiveness in digital arenas.
I am well disposed to relationships and teamwork and I am able to speak in public. This ability and the passion for teaching allow to me to be an Adjunct Professor in Planning and Control and Accounting at the Catholic University of Milan. In my courses, I have introduced a new way of teaching as a part of a cultural project that I have named Enjoy Your Learning - EYL (http://linkd.in/18ytqY2). EYL promotes a new approach to teach, based on classroom engagement, with the aim of improving the learning process introducing a mix of academic lectures, practical lectures played by managers, an extended use of social media and the organization of a Talent Academy.
I am teaching also in masters.
My curiosity and the desire of continual learning drive my attitude to combine the innovation of the research method with my professional activity with many firms, both profit and no profit.
