Andreas Weber (born Jan. 3, 1959 in Homburg, Germany) is Germany's leading Communications Analyst and Innovation Expert. Motto: Advice. Knowledge. Connectivity. — Credo: Innovation x Knowledge = Profitable Growth. — He has been living and working in Mainz since 1978. He studied art history, archaeology, and bibliology in the Gutenberg-city.
In 1987 he changed to communication. Since then he has been active in the industry as communication manager and analyst, publisher, and coach. — He founded different companies, most recently the Value Communication AG, which he leads as CEO. Value Communication AG is a research and knowledge mediation company based in Mainz/Germany.

In 1996 he founded the first business community called DigitaldruckForum that handles innovation technologies for print communication. Since 1999 he accepts teaching assignments, among others at the Hochschule RheinMain/University of Applied Science RheinMain, Wiesbaden, flanked by guest lectures within and outside of the country.
His interests and main focal points in work are dedicated to the versatile aspects of contemporary communication with media. His occupation characterised the cooperation of over two years from 1988 till 1991 with Otl Aicher.
