I am the eLearning Manager for Cambridge International Examinations. In this role I am supporting schools across the world with our eLearning platform for Cambridge Global Perspectives®.

I was a teacher for 15 years and developed a huge range of eLearning and development tools including www.SchoolHistory.co.uk, www.effectiveICT.co.uk, www.reviseICT.co.uk and www.ContentGenerator.net. I was originally an English and History teacher, then I became a Head of Faculty for Computing and IT. In 2013 I was shortlisted for the NAACE ICT impact award. Most recently I have focused on effective use of mobile technology and own devices.

I am married to the gorgeous Liza Field and we have 3 lovely children, Jennifer, Danielle (who we lost after eight days) and George.

I believe passionately in the power and opportunity of education. I am particularly interested in the practical use of technology to further this goal. I have developed a range of e-learning tools, games and activities across a range of websites where I try to focus on andragogy rather than pedagogy. Look it up!
