Andrew is a professional baseball player, strength & conditioning coach, evolutionary biologist, and writer. While at Harvard, he concentratred in evolutionary biology and served as team captain in 2012. He has spent the last two years in the Minnesota Twins minor league system, affording him the opportunity to train alongside some of the top strength coaches in the world, including Eric Cressey and Tony Gentilcore. When not pitching, Andrew works as a strength & conditioning coach and writer for Show Me Strength, a website powered to inspire and guide other athletes and weekend warriors in their path of strength and well-being.
