Andrew John Arlotta

Andrew John Arlotta is the co-owner and Vice President of Minnesota Swarm, a professional indoor lacrosse team in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. He is involved in all aspects of the team's daily business operations, from sales and marketing to community relations and communications.

Andy Arlotta is not only astute in business and passionate about sports management but also dedicated to community service, as demonstrated in some of the honors that he has received since working at Minnesota Swarm. They include a mention in the 2011 Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's 40 Under Forty for both Arlotta's professional achievements and his commitment to community service, an honorable mention in First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move! Program in 2011 for his work in developing youth lacrosse programs in the Native American community, and being named a Deubener Award Finalist by the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce in 2010 for running a family-owned business that demonstrates excellence and innovation.

Before working at Minnesota Swarm, Andy Arlotta worked in several positions in the health care and pharmaceutical industries, where he was similarly accomplished in sales, marketing, and management. For example, as a National Account Manager at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc., he managed accounts in six states in the southeast region of the United States. Furthermore, in 2006 Andy Arlotta grew the annual revenue of that company by 61% with an account retention rate of 98%.

Andrew John Arlotta received his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University in 1999 and his Master of Business Administration from Webster University in 2004.
