I am passionate about collaboration and the creation of customer service experiences where the customer is well treated and the client improves their share.

As a corporate communications strategist, I am always looking for that new opportunity to improve a corporation's customer communications experience. Developing social media strategies which focus on strengthening relationships with customers is my obsession.

A father of 3 growing boys, husband to a wonderful wife and traveling the globe to meet with customers who I may help create those incredible customer experiences I still have time to exercise my love of road cycling and now venturing into triathlons.
