I am a Sheridan graduate from the Media Arts Program majoring in Audio and Video Engineering. I am also
a graduate of CDI College where I studied Networking and Microsoft Technologies. Having spent three years
working for Tel-Av Canada Premier Audio Visual Company, I personally worked events for the Premier of
Ontario, Shania Twain and Burton Cummings. I am trained in all types of equipment and operating systems
for PC and Mac, Barco Projectors and TV Cameras. I have accumulated over ten plus years in customer
service, customer relations and conflict management. I have been entrusted with contracts worth $250,000
and higher. I also have live event experience in many different situations, from Concerts, to Press Events to
Live Onstage Productions.

I am also Social Media Specialist:

  • Able to Lead and support social media activities across brands and platforms; including content creation, marketing copy and audience engagement.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans around social media; as well as building and sustaining online communities.
  • Proficient in social platforms including (but not limited to) Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Blogs, wikis, community software etc
  • MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Web analytics, Web reporting.
  • Experienced in SEO, Analytics, Reporting.
  • Experienced in monitoring, engaging and creating content to develop and drive relevant conversations; that help to optimize the company's social channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience in email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, and content management systems/tools.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of the team.
  • Also trained in the Computer and Network Industry, Desktop Technical Support On-Site Technical Support, Network, Wireless, Lan / Wan Support.
