Angela Kelly

Angela Kelly serves her clients by offering creative insight on business development. With her detail and goal-oriented skills, she specializes in various aspect of business marketing in print, online, visual, and consultative forms. She is passionate about working with small businesses to enhance their exposure and help them think outside the box. Having a “Golden Rule” philosophy, Angela believes in providing outstanding service, timely communication, meeting deadlines, and creating personal relationships.

Angela graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a B.S. in both Entrepreneurship & Business Development and Finance, and minor in Studio Arts. She was acknowledged as the 2010 Outstanding Graduate and presented the Chancellors Achievement Award for her academic achievements. During her time at UNCW, she was able to fund her education through three different entrepreneurial ventures. Several years of managing a business has provided a deeper understanding on client relationships, finances, and the importance of proper business exposure.

Growing up with a father who was an entrepreneur, Angela always heard how the greatest career ambition is to become a business owner. As a naturally creative and social person, she aspired to work with other people who also share an entrepreneurial spirit, providing marketing strategies for small businesses. She has assisted companies in various industries, such as financial, real estate, analytical, retail, restaurant, event planning, and political campaigning fields.

Art is one of Angela’s greatest passions. On top of being a marketing specialist, she is a professional artist. She has received many artist awards, including two-time Gold Key Winner for the State of NC’s Top Artist, being chosen to paint two murals at Ashley High School, and selected to design and create the UNCW Burney Center Steel Sculpture.

A native to Georgia, Angela came to North Carolina to make Wilmington her home in 2002. After losing a close uncle in the Pentagon in the September 11th attacks, she and her distant extended family made the choice of moving close together. Wilmington, NC became home. There she met her husband Joshua. During her free time, Angela enjoys running, painting, photography, designing jewelry, reading, traveling to new destinations, and spending time exploring outdoors.
