I'm a life long Chicago Southsider, disabled Black Woman, & equity strategist committed to building community power & advancing racial justice. I founded Think. Plan. Do. Consulting LLC to help mission driven organizations and leaders navigate complex challenges through equity centered strategy, storytelling, and policy analysis. I bring 25+ years of cross-sector leadership experience, including roles in philanthropy, policy & the civic sector.

I am committed to community-led change, reparative policy & building lasting power in Black communities. I believe that justice is not a program or initiative – it's a practice. My work is about moving beyond symbolic commitments to real measurable shifts in power, policy and resources.

Let's build what's next – together!
