Research Fellow at the Knowledge Media Institute of The Open University developing AI solutions to analyse scholarly data. I collaborate with Springer Nature to improve the classification and management of research content, and detect emerging research trends. I created several systems used by publishers and research organisations worldwide, including the Computer Science Ontology, CSO Classifier, and the AIDA Dashboard. My current research explores how LLMs can be used to analyse scientific knowledge, particularly by enhancing them with domain-specific knowledge. My research interests extend to AI Policies, Forensic Scientometrics, Research Culture, and Research Impact.
