What do I like to do?
I love doing peoples’ lives easier. It’s not a secret how recruitment processes have changed through time and I considered myself a person that will do everything’s on my power to help potential candidates to be successful during the entire interviewing process: planning, schedules, host and even Psychologist! Because when potential candidates feel comfortable and confident that’s when the magic happen!

As a Project Manager and Recruiter I'm a Wizard when it comes to planning and master schedules! My best skill: Multi-tasking. However, I have other skills too that are important to develop my job: communication and presentation skills, experienced working under tight deadlines on fast-paced environments: set targets and prioritise work, experienced working on multicultural environments not only locally but internationally.

I have extensive background on IT recruitment, European policy and business development related to Sustainable Mobility (electric vehicles), green economy, Smart cities, innovations, tourism and other programmes at international level.

One of my favourite quotes is from Elon Musk: "When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor". It’s not a secret that I would like to collaborate with one of the coolest and environmentally friendly company of the planet: TESLA.

And it's also not a secret that I love Booking.com values: "Experiment, learn, and be open to change" and "diversity gives us strength"
