Director of Product at Holiday Extras. Lucky enough to be working in the space I love most - working with our talented product teams to solve customer problems and rethink what we put in front of the customer everyday.

I love seeking out new ways of doing things.

My two most memorable achievements are developing a trip planner app from scratch with a super tiny but awesome team, and, leading the transition of our previously large, homogenous web team to a number of multi-disciplined and self-sufficient, Agile pods.

Aside from raising my now teenage sons, my proudest personal moment was again in Product - the creation of a board game based on the London Underground and London Zoo. Seeing your own product on the shelves is an unbeatable feeling.

In between thinking about Product, I can be found walking my two dogs in the countryside, refurbishing rooms, reading, and my guilty pleasure is @BBCTheArchers
