Anne Augustine

Anne (@convergency_) has over 20 years international and cross-­sector experience in business development, change management and consultancy for multinational organisations. She spent five years at VP-­level as Sustainability leader and advisor for global businesses, including HP/EDS, Mubadala Development Company and Edelman. Anne is now helping Oxford's leadership teams make the transition to an innovative and sustainable low carbon economy.

As Director of Low Carbon Innovation for the Low Carbon Hub, Anne leads the Low Carbon Oxford programme (@LoCO2Oxford), working with public, private and not for profit organisations to catalyse initiatives on energy, food and behaviour change; supports low carbon entrepreneurial activity through Oxfordshire Innovation Support for Business (@OxonCleantech); as well as broader public engagement on Oxfordshire's 2030 vision, including Low Carbon Oxford Week 2014 (@LCOWeek).

Anne is also retraining as an organisational psychotherapist, specialising in innovation and creativity. She is a Mental Health First Aider, an EMCC-certified leadership coach and ICA-trained facilitator, working with individuals who want to lead with more purpose and impact. Anne brings a combination of business insight, behavioural knowledge and pragmatism; balancing the needs of the individual with the organisational goals.

Anne is author of "The First 100 Days", a practical guide for newly in post sustainability managers and organisational change agents, published by Do Sustainability (@DoShorts). She has also contributed to insight reports for the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, the National Computing Centre as well as techUK (the ICT trade association).
