A former sustainability leader for global businesses, including HP/EDS and Edelman, Anne (@convergency_uk) is helping Oxford's leadership teams make the transition to an innovative and sustainable low carbon economy. As programme manager for Low Carbon Oxford (@LoCO2Oxford), she works with public, private and not for profit organisations to catalyse initiatives on energy, food and behaviour change; supports low carbon entrepreneurial activity; as well as broader engagement on Oxfordshire's 2030 vision.
Anne is also retraining as a business psychologist at the Institute of Psychiatry (@KingsIoP) - specialising in mental health & wellbeing, innovation and creativity. She is a certified leadership coach and facilitator, working with individuals who want to operate with more purpose and impact. Anne brings a combination of business insight, behavioural knowledge and pragmatism; balancing the needs of the individual with the organisational goals.
Anne is author of "The First 100 Days", a practical guide for newly in post sustainability managers and organisational change agents, published by Do Sustainability (http://bit.ly/1agx1e1). She has also contributed to insight reports for the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, the National Computing Centre as well as Intellect (the ICT trade association).
