Anslem is a hard working, self-motivated and passionate multimedia journalist/editor with a proven track record of serving as an effective team leader and team player. With over 17 years of publishing industry experience, Anslem is a skilled thought leader in both the print and digital space who has curated award-winning and highly engaged content across both platforms. He currently serves as the Managing Director for Complex Networks.

As a freelancer and full-time editor Anslem has worked with a wide array of publications, including Essence, Complex, Latina, Blender, Penthouse, Vibe, The Source, King and XXL. His work has also appeared on The Root, ESPN.com, Genius.com, AOL’s BlackVoices.com, MTV.com, MadameNoire.com and Ebony.com, among other media publications.

In 2008, Anslem began penning his own personal tales about the pursuit of life, love and understanding the opposite sex on his insightful blog, Naked With Socks On, which earned a Best Blog Series nod in the 2009 Black Weblog Awards for his weekly erotica series, Wet Wednesdays. Extending his personal brand even further, Anslem broke into online radio in 2012 with the Naked Radio Show, where he moderated weekly discussions on sex, relationships and current events on PNCRadio.fm.

In February 2013, Anslem contributed to the Black love anthology, Where Did Our Love Go: Love and Relationships in the African-American Community.

Both Naked With Socks On and Naked Radio Show are currently on hiatus as Anslem switched focus from blogging full-time to begin work on his debut novel.
