Anthony Callura

By starting his career in the United States Marine Corps, Anthony Callura developed his natural leadership skills while learning the value of teamwork, training, and proper execution, lessons that would provide a solid foundation when he entered the civilian workforce six years later. While in the Marines, Anthony Callura trained and was stationed with the 8th Tank Battalion’s Bravo Company in upstate New York. While serving with honor in the armed forces, he pursued his education at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York, graduating with an Associate in Math and Science and a 3.5 grade point average (GPA), earning dean’s list honors all four semesters. Additionally, he received his Surgical Technology Certificate from the school, a program he completed with a 4.0 GPA.

Shortly after leaving the service, Anthony Callura entered the workforce as a Division Manager for Keystone Builders Supply, an Allied Building Products Corp. company. He would function in this capacity for nearly eight years, progressively growing the gross profit by 15% to 20% and assisting the company in gaining recognition for economic excellence from the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce in 2005. Leveraging the skills and abilities honed by the Marines and Keystone, Anthony Callura accepted a new position with White Cap Construction Supply, Inc., a company in Kansas City, Missouri, serving as its District Manager from 2006, holding responsibility for the district’s profit and loss and managing Sales and Operations. Sales increased during each of Mr. Callura’s initial five years because of his natural leadership abilities and process improvements.

Anthony Callura enjoys spending leisure time with his family and lifting weights to stay active and healthy. An avid reader, he enjoys non-fiction books that facilitate his growth as a person, manager, and leader.
