As a farmboy, I grew up where the Sierras meet the Cascades, without electricity. My modest roots fed my unsatiated hunger to take things apart. A natural curiousity drives a passion to reconfigure and build.

As an ILM "Magician" Technical Director, I've created FX on three Star Wars films, Transformers, Jurassic Parks and Pirates, among others.

As one of three Disney "Stereographers", I became an expert in the field of 3D filmmaking with two usless patents.

As a Maker, I build evil geocahes, sculpt clay, animate stop-motion, invent and manufacture toys, design mobile games and never stop dreaming.
