Anthony Woodward

Offering expert legal advice in business, construction, probate, employment, and real estate law, Anthony Woodward has contributed to the well-being of Tampa Bay’s businesses and individuals for over 20 years. Currently a member of the Florida Bar Association, and having been a member of the Hillsborough and Pasco Bar Associations, Anthony Woodward worked for large- and medium-sized law firms before establishing his legal practice as a solo practitioner. Helping the Florida business community by assisting in the creation of partnerships and management agreements, Anthony Woodward also lends his assistance to Florida’s companies in their day-to-day operations. With particular experience in contract law, Anthony Woodward promotes the smooth conduct of business by helping companies draft agreements that will minimize the chances of future disputes. Anthony Woodward has likewise assisted the citizens of Florida by providing affordable legal representation in disputes that arise for ordinary individuals. Anthony Woodward has represented employees in disputes regarding salaries and commissions and advocated on behalf of beneficiaries of wills and parties in other probate matters. In addition to his legal work, Anthony Woodward has been a member of the local Rotary Club for over seven years and sat on the Club’s Board of Directors. By helping the Gift of Life Program provide life-saving medical procedures to youth in need and the Metropolitan Ministries of Life assist children and adults without places to live, Anthony Woodward not only contributes financially, but volunteers to lead fundraising efforts and food drives. A father of four, Anthony Woodward volunteers with his children on Saturday mornings to build ramps for homes of those in need with the Center for Women’s Senior Home Improvement Program, and he paints houses of senior citizens with the Paint Your Heart Out Tampa Program. Anthony Woodward completed his education locally as well. He holds a finance degree, summa cum laude, from the University of South Florida, and a law degree with honors from Florida State University Law School.
