I engaged in politics for 20 years having become Accion Democratica Nacionalista Executive Secretary to Bolivia 1987 - 1990. This party won three national elections.

I was appointed as National Representative at the Lower Chamber, National Congress for 12 consecutive years. Vice Chairman and Chairman for one year.

Nine years devoted as Executive Director of the Bolivian Central American, Central Bi-National US-Bolivia. Superior English Teaching Institution and USA Culture Information Office. Now, devoted to new information technologies in social networks, Social Media and social works like the creation of an audio-book Bank for the elderly population with vision difficulties.
