I am a father of three (Eva, Konstantinos, Andreas) and a proud grandfather, and my family continues to be my source of inspiration as I pursue a career dedicated to meaningful innovation in healthcare. My professional journey began at Boehringer Ingelheim Hellas, where I spent more than 14 years (2000–2014). I started in the IT department, gaining a strong technological foundation, and later moved into the Communication Department, where I became responsible for online internal and external communication. During this time, I led several early digital transformation initiatives, helping introduce modern digital practices long before they became industry standards.

In 2015, I joined Takeda as Digital Manager for Greece, and within three months expanded my role to support the MCO Balkans. I then assumed responsibility for driving digital transformation across the newly formed South Eastern Europe (SEE) cluster. Today, I serve as the Digital Innovation & NGCE Lead for Greece, Malta & Cyprus, focusing on cultivating an AI‑first culture, building intelligent digital ecosystems, and embedding data-driven decision-making, automation, and omnichannel excellence into our ways of working. Over the years, I’ve also collaborated widely in global initiatives, including Takeda’s global hackathons, Content Excellence programs, and cross‑regional transformation communities, strengthening my ability to contribute effectively to global, multicultural teams.

My experience now spans AI and machine learning enablement, automation, customer excellence frameworks, CRM/CLM optimization, design thinking, and enterprise-level innovation. I’ve curated national congresses on digital transformation and delivered award‑winning digital health initiatives that have elevated stakeholder engagement and contributed to organizational capability building.

Outside of work, I enjoy clay sculpting, music, and traveling—creative outlets that keep me curious and energized.
