I breathe better by the sea. Let's face it if I am by the sea, I am on vacation. Therefore, disconnected to all things that pull me in every direction. I took this photo while on the big island trekking by a 4 wheel drive jeep over lava fields to see the green sand beach. The driving was more like just trying to move forward without tipping over. It was hot and stressful and just downright adventurous. We touched that green sand and frolicked in the water a bit. Then we climbed back up that incline and drove back over the lava. True story. I am a woman. I am a colon hydro-therapist. I am a mother.I am a girlfriend. I am a doer. I am a caregiver for my quadriplegic Ex husband. I juice. I am a lover of all things natural. I eat healthy almost all the time. I make my own toothpaste. I have a son. He is glorious and fast and furious. Agnes is my 70 pound dog. We love, live and dance the funky chicken.
