What are football players but symbolic warriors? Now we only have to make them noble. And nobility is not something you inherit with your bloodline but rather something that you earn with your deeds. We will train and educate the most talented kids in many (currently overlooked) countries. Everything, from the scouting up to the traning valuation and data crunching will be gamified.

Where will the money come from? By making football lovers throughout the world know which games Aristoi's Founders endorse, we will earn a fairly regular stream of money that will be diverted into training and educating the champions and the leaders of tomorrow.
