Before his current startup, Arlo founded Pixoria which was acquired by Yahoo! for the Konfabulator desktop widget platform. While at Yahoo! he created the award winning TV Widgets platform that now ships on just about every Sony, Samsung, LG, Vizio, Toshiba, and Hisense TV. Prior to Pixoria and Yahoo!, Arlo spent time creating an updated user experience for the Mac OS at Apple, redefining Linux usability at Eazel, making web-based server administration easy to use at Sun and PGP, and creating a genre of computer and consumer electronic device customization where he was called "The grandfather of consumer customization." by Newsweek.
