Aron Schoenfeld

A Jew and a priest walk into a bar….

Aron’s journey as an entrepreneur started like a bad joke when he met Matthew Kajcienski, a composer from Juilliard dressed as a priest in a bar on the Upper West Side of Manhattan on Halloween 2004. An hour later they formed DreamArtists Studios, a music production company focused on bringing a classically trained sound to the television, film and commercial industries. Since then, DreamArtists has become one of the most sought after names in music production, having composed for ABC, ESPN and various advertising agencies.

From that point on, Aron focused his entrepreneurial spirit on investing in companies in the ideation and seed stages to help them develop unique approaches for quantifiable development.

Aron’s current project is DoItInPerson.com, an event platform that brings all of the fragmented pieces of the event space under one roof to make it easier for organizers to create, manage and promote their events. The company launched in January 2013 generating immediate revenue.

Aron currently advises and consults startups and small business on business strategy and scalability. Leveraging his extensive and far reaching network, Aron focuses on identifying markets, making meaningful connections and creating partnerships and joint ventures that have a long lasting and far reaching impact.

Aron has a BA in Accounting from Queens College and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Council, an invite-only nonprofit membership organization comprised of hundreds of America’s most successful young entrepreneurs. He resides in Queens with his wife Penina, daughter Michele and sons Joseph and Elliot.
