As an advocate I speak to America's youth in schools on Health issues they are facing today. I speak about wieht-loss from my personal experience of losing 110lbs and I have added my experiences and lessons from battling and defeating cancer to my database of life information that I speak on. Along with educational speaking I organize regular workout groups and classes. I hope to help others and spread a message that everything is possible.
