I went from buying things for the London Fire Brigade to working for the President of the United States.

As a Third Culture Kid, I was born in Austin, Texas, but spent my formative years in the south of England, and have since lived and worked on both sides of the Atlantic.

I have spearheaded campaigns and public engagement initiatives, such as the launch of Nextdoor UK in 2016, Obama for America 2007-08, and the advocacy that supported the passage of health care reform in 2009-10, a.k.a. Obamacare, with the Democratic National Committee.

Currently, I lead community affairs for the Empire Wind project with Equinor, building on my experiences in government, workforce development, and education.

A proud alumna of Obama for America, AmeriCorps, Goldsmiths, and London Metropolitan. I am an avid traveler and enthusiast of Eurovision, anthropology, tennis, basketball, and the New Orleans Saints.

I currently reside in Brooklyn, New York, with my family.
