Ashley Van Buren

Ashley Van Buren spent 11 years working in production and development on feature films in New York. You can catch her name in the rolling credits of seven of those feature films.

Ashley has served as the Assistant Director/Script Supervisor of the original Off-Broadway musical, "Now. Here. This." and as the script assistant on on productions, readings, and labs of new musicals.

With her collaborator Laura Benanti, Ashley has co-written, produced, and/or directed web videos including "Connie Britton's Hair Secret" and the series "Workin' It" for Radio City Music Hall.

Additionally, Ashley has ghost written for a television personality, produced a New York Times bestselling eBook, provided research assistance on four books, wrote & produced web content for Jamie Oliver's website. She has contributed writing to TheaterMania, Mediaite, IndieWire's Women & Hollywood, The Huffington Post, TDF Stages, and the book The Moment.

And she likes to take pictures.

Ashley is a member of City Center Encores! Off-Center's Young Artists Board and The Lilly Awards' Lilly Power Network.
