Berlin teaches Competitive Strategy, Marketing Management and Marketing Principles. He studies and writes on Disruptive Competition and Competitive Capabilities.

For four years, Berlin worked as Market Researcher for TNS Plc., conducting market research, helping companies understand their competitive environment, and solve customer disengagement problems.
