I have always loved fishing and reading, I have been a pharmacist and a professional residential Landlord for 15 years, and I started enjoying carpentry around the same time. Then in 2010 I discovered woodturning and my life changed forever.

This all enveloping passion is in my mind all day... every day. To take a lump of tree and bring out, or sometimes change it - in to a thing of beauty, is something quite indescribeable.

if I'm lucky I'll have another 40 years to do woodturning - it's not long enough!
