Here’s how I work:

I have three rate plans available. You simply prepay to the number of hours you feel works best for your shop. Then, I’m on your payroll. It is that simple.

From then on, you can call me or e-mail me with whatever challenge pops up and you need some assistance. I can write blog articles for you, give you advice on hiring that new manager, discuss ways to improve your shop with efficiency tips, or just be that sounding board you need when that panic attack strikes about that big order that’s coming in.

Got a bigger project or need some in-shop help? We can do that too. For projects, we’ll work out the scope of work and I’ll give you a custom quote. To get me out to your shop, we’ll discuss what you need and I can travel to your shop. If it’s close, I’ll just be driving. All costs are agreed upon upfront.
