I am an M Sc. Holder in Geography and Environmental Studies. An e-Learning Facilitator, an ICT trainer, and an educator at tertiary level, ICDL certified and a CompTIA certified Computer Systems Engineer and Network Administrator; I also worked in other administrative areas that involve the use of internet technology. Recently, I facilitated in the ICT4RED project by various South African government departments and CSIR that worked on enhancing teaching and learning experience through the introduction of mobile technology in classrooms. The result of this project motivated me to want to work more with the learners, especially in the area of the use and security and safety of the mobile devices by learners.
In the past, I worked for a volunteer association in South Africa (Ikamva Youth Association). The function of the organization is to help as facilitators for high school learners (especially grade 11 and 12 in the Eastern Cape and Western Cape) in the area of career guidance, Information Technology and HIV awareness. My role was in the area of Information Technology empowerment.
Personally, I love challenges, especially the ones that bring growth and development to communities in South Africa
