Kent Bachman

Kent Bachman was born in 1979 to Virgil "Petey" and Karen Bachman. He was raised in Mallard, Iowa where he attended Mallard community school district and later West Bend- Mallard High school. While in high school Kent was active in football, track, weight lifting, and Quiz Bowl. Kent was also a member of Who's Who among American Students. Kent attended Central College in Pella, Iowa and later Iowa State University, in Ames, Iowa, where he graduated with distinction with a degree in history. Kent has worked in the insurance industry as an agent and now as an agency manager. Kent married Kelli Meyer in 2007. Kent and Kelli make their home in Ames, Iowa. Kent is active in his local parish St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic church; where he is active in Council #13160 of the Knights of Columbus and is a former Grand Knight. In his personal time Kent also enjoys taking walks and going to the dog park with his wife Kelli and their dog Ginger. Kent played men's league rugby for the Des Moines rugby club. Kent and Kelli actively support the Animal Rescue League of Iowa (Loyal Friend Donor) and the Beagle Freedom Project. Big believer in personal development.
