Through an extensive background in human resources, I have developed my style of management. I do not believe in controlling other, but rather to create a supportive environment, to empower team members, to accomplish goals and overcome challenges. I believe firmly in a positive attitude, and I view problems as a way of gaining new experiences. Through my many experiences, I have developed a unique skill set. My ability to think outside the box, resourcefulness, and creativity are my strongest attributes. I enjoy learning every day, and with the right attitude, any goal is achievable.
