For the past 14 years, Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services has provided funeral and cremation services for clients in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Owners Brian Young and Jodie Bakken Young both possess funeral director’s licenses and have operated the family business since 1999. With locations in Baldwin, Hudson, Maiden Rock, River Falls, and New Richmond in eastern Wisconsin, Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services helps families across the area plan meaningful celebrations of their loved ones’ lives.

Bakken-Young assists clients with a wide range of services and preparations, including arranging the funeral or memorial service, taking care of the body of the deceased, acquiring the proper death certificates and permits, and facilitating the burial or cremation. Staff also place funeral notices and obituaries in local newspapers. In addition, Bakken-Young offers funeral trust planning, which can play an important role in the organization and financing of a funeral. A certified pre-planning consultant is available to help clients with the pre-arrangement process.
