Sarika Bansal is the editor of The Development Set, a publication on Medium about global health and development.

Sheis also the founding editor of Bright, a publication on Medium about innovation in education. Her writing, largely about global health and poverty, has appeared in the New York Times “Fixes” column, Al Jazeera America, Guardian, VICE,and several other publications.

Sarika has previously worked in management consulting with McKinsey & Company, in microfinance business development in India, and with the nonprofit Solutions Journalism Network. She holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). She serves as a board member of the Solutions Journalism Network and as an editorial board member of Collectively.org. Sarika is represented by FRESH Speakers.
