Barry Bohmueller

Attorney Barry Bohmueller founded the general practice firm Bohmueller Law Offices, P.C., after spending nearly two decades involved in employment law and other legal matters. From 1983 until 1992, Barry Bohmueller served Hatfield Quality Meats as its Manager of Industrial Relations, Loss Prevention & Security, assisting the food processing company in employment matters while earning his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Temple University. The following year, Barry Bohmueller enrolled in The Thomas M. Cooley Law School while aiding the Department of the Attorney General in Lansing, Michigan, and its Prosecuting Attorneys Appellate Unit as a Legal Writer and Law Clerk. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 1995, Barry Bohmueller returned to Pennsylvania. For the next seven years, Barry Bohmueller held positions at labor market research firm Worksource International and publisher Philadelphia Newspapers, LLC before opening Bohmueller Law Offices, P.C. in 2002. The firm now has locations in Harleysville and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. For the past eight years, Barry Bohmueller has overseen the day-to-day operations for the general practice law firm, concerning himself with the business’ legal and administrative matters. A renowned litigator, Barry Bohmueller provides his more than 3,000 clients with legal expertise in matters such as estate planning, labor and employment law, and real estate. Barry Bohmueller supervises the cases accepted by his law firm and mentors the associates handling those cases. Dedicated to client satisfaction, Barry Bohmueller often consults and interviews clients while cases are ongoing. Regularly participating in continuing education programs, Barry Bohmueller shares his insights with other attorneys. Barry Bohmueller has led or participated in seminars on labor and employment issues at the University of Pennsylvania Law School; talks on the Americans with Disabilities Act at Dechert Price & Rhodes (today Dechert LLP); and discussions on labor relations in the 21st century at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Additionally, Barry Bohmueller holds Certification in Negotiating and Administering Labor Contracts from the University of Michigan Business School.
