I teach pastoral theology and spiritual formation at Dallas Theological Seminary and I'm a teaching pastor at Irving Bible Church. I'm the author of the book Dwell: Life with God for the World. I've been married to my wife, Kim, for 20 years. She works as the Director of Engagement for My Refuge House, a safe home to empower and restore survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and abuse.
