In September of 2001 he acquired Fairmount fabrics a large national high end fabric distributor and ran it until its sale in 2004. In 2005 Watercrest Capital was established. The company focus was real estate that was bought, rehabbed and sold. Barry is also a holder of a Florida real estate license which was acquired in 2005 to assist in Watercrest,s success.
