Bashar is Microsoft MVP, and has been since 2005, the chairman & CEO of DotNetBoom, Kuwait's first and largest developer community, and he is the country lead and speaker for INETA in the middle east. Bashar appears regularly at conferences to speak on a variety of subjects, including Windows Azure, Windows Phone 7, Office 365, Windows 8 and Office Web Apps, to name a few, and is also actively involved with academic institutions.
