Ben Dolan

Ben Dolan was born in Manchester in 1970. He trained as a silversmith and worked in his family jewellery business before pursuing a career in advertising. As a designer and art director with Power of 7, he produced and directed commercials and campaigns for a wide range of Irish and international clients, specialising in telecoms, media, politics and food. As a producer and director with Glass Eye productions Ben made promotional, training and public service films for corporate and public sector clients. His freelance and design consultancy has encompassed illustration, photography, live streaming, multimedia, web and film. He has an honours degree in Art from IT Carlow and has exhibited widely in group and solo shows. He lives and works in Wexford and his diverse artistic output includes performance, publication, sculpture, film and sound.
