Benjamin Fletcher was born in Australia. Growing up in a beachside suburb of Sydney Benjamin left high school to become a founding member of rock and roll band Bluebottle Kiss. Benjamin played bass and guitar on 5 Bluebottle Kiss albums & 5 Ep's including: Higher Up The Fire Trails (1994), Double Yellow Tarred (1995), Fear Of Girls (1996), Somnambulist Homesick Blues (1997), Tapdancing On The Titanic (1998), Patient (1999), Revenge Is Slow (2002), Come Across (2004). Bluebottle Kiss toured throughout Australia, the USA and the UK.

Benjamin started his own band The Devoted Few, as songwriter and vocalist, in January 2001. The band released 3 full-length albums: Sleepless (2002), Billboard Noises (2004), Baby, You're A Vampire (2009) and an EP: Schematic Tracks (2005). The Devoted Few toured extensively around Australia.

In 2005 Benjamin joined acclaimed Australian singer Sarah Blasko's live band playing bass, guitar and keyboards.

In 2012 Fletcher recorded his debut solo album entitled: Upon Ayr the album was released worldwide on Warner Bros.

Early 2014 Benjamin co-wrote with Sarah Blasko on her 2015 release: Eternal Return. Eternal Return won the Aria Award for Best Alt. Album in 2016. Also in 2014 Benjamin met Marina And The Diamonds singer Marina Diamandis and started playing guitar for her.

January 2015 Benjamin signed on to become Marina And The Diamonds Musical Director (MD). 2015/16 saw Benjamin tour the world with Marina And The Diamonds culminating in the Neon Nature tour at the end of 2015.

2017 Ben opened his own music production/writing studio in London's legendary Konk Studio's owned by Kinks singer Ray Davis. Benjamin again co-wrote with Sarah Blasko in 2017 for her new album entitled Depth Of Feild.

2018 Living in LA Ben is still MD's for Marina And The Diamonds. Ben is also MD and guitarist for the LA-based singer: Buzzy Lee.

2020 Moved back to Sydney to play shows with Amy Shark, including the NRL Grand Final performance at Acer Arena.

2021 Musical Director for Evie Irie for her stadium tour supporting Amy Shark. Ben was also chosen to attend the APRA Song Hubs writing camp as a producer.
