Benjamin Azad is a Business Development Manager with great experience in various industries. He starts his career in Information Technology when he was 16 as a technical consulter. By the age of 18, he has joined an Automation firm involved in Automatic Identification and Data Capture. That was the opportunity to develop the thirsty adventures mind of him in research and development to design and implement unique solutions and applications for clients from different industries with different needs. By study different clients from retail to manufacturing and government sectors, he realizes his capability of analyzing systems uniquely. He collects the information online and offline from the site visit to end-user engagement and conducts a wide analysis to achieve a robust base study to design a new system or improve the current running system by reducing risks, financial expenses and time to improve the quality of services and products.

In 2009, he started working for an outsourcing firm in Malaysia as Business Development Director and his flexibility in learning has helped him to enter a new era of personal achievements by realizing his capabilities and utilizing his experience. In 2010, he joined the Petroleum Industry. He starts his line of business as a Business Developer and trader. He has attended many successful business meetings, and he has grown his strong network in various industries around the world.

In 2013, he joined Qinma Trading House in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Qinma core business is trading commodity and lifestyle goods such as Cigars and tobacco in the Duty-free zone of Langkawi and also Duty paid markets of mainland Malaysia with the vision of expansion in south-east Asia market.

In 2014, he started working as Head of Business Development for Tipple Trader one of Qinma's sister companies in Penang as well.
