Bergstein Enterprises

A management consulting company with headquarters in Lubbock, Texas, Bergstein Enterprises was officially established as a Texas domestic limited partnership in December of 2004. However, the origins of the firm date back to 1981, when its chief executive officer, Pieter Bergstein, went into business with Bergstein Oilfield Services. Located in west Texas, this company was soon supporting the largest hot-oil truck fleet in the United States. Over the years, Mr. Bergstein expanded beyond direct oilfield services to start a number of companies in industries ranging from waste disposal and HAZMAT services to real estate and business administration. Bergstein Enterprises was founded to manage these various companies.

Bergstein Enterprises today focuses on markets throughout the states of Texas and New Mexico. Its extensive staff includes a financial officer, an operational supervisor, an equipment manager, and an information technology (IT) professional. The company also employs its own in-house general counsel and certified public accountant.
