He created his outpatient wound care facility to be barrier-free for disabled patients while offering the latest medical advancements and hospital-level technologies. Dr. Ruben has 24 years of experience and is triple-board certified in Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine.
