For over ten years I have worked with individuals and teams to create successful businesses and lives of all sorts.

I see the best in people and their endeavors—things they might not even see in themselves. For me, there is no greater joy than helping people dismantle roadblocks, boldly be their best selves, and get what they want out of life.

I’ve been on a few adventures myself...living in Florence and Moscow, earning multiple degrees, starting a dating events company, running my own PR / marketing business, teaching wine classes, mentoring youth, and taking up ice skating. To me, life at its best is full of curiosity and experimentation.

Every risk I’ve ever taken has been incredibly scary and exciting—and each one has paid off. I have learned how to design a personal and professional life I love. Now I want to help you do the same.
