Billy Woodward

A longtime resident of the greater Denver area, Billy Woodward attended Arapahoe High School in the suburb of Englewood before earning his bachelor of science in psychology with an emphasis on statistical analysis in research from the Metropolitan University of Denver. While working his way through college, Billy Woodward served in a variety of positions with the Taos Restaurant Group’s Five Star Burgers, starting as a busboy and leaving as a manager.

After graduating from Metropolitan University, Mr. Woodward entered the real estate business as an associate director with the firm of Newmark Knight Frank. Over the course of the three years he spent with this real estate advisory firm, his responsibilities included spearheading comprehensive marketing efforts and overseeing ground-up client property developments.

Since January of 2018, he has served as a vice president of agency listing with the commercial real estate conglomerate Transwestern. Alongside his partner, Whitney Hake, he leads a team of five professionals, who handle a wide range of institutional and local agency leasing assignments.
