Blanca Stella Mejia

Blanca is a social media manager at IBM. She started her social media career as a blogger as founder of an award winning bilingual blog MiCaminar.com where she shares doses of inspiration, leadership and motivation. She blogs about Social Media at BlancaStella.com. She also was a Community Manager for Microsoft Research division, FUSE Labs.

She has a network of hundreds of bloggers where she communicates on a daily basis. She has developed relationships with many of them in real life by participating at blogger conferences and is considered a top influential Latina in the Hispanic market.

Besides being passionate about connecting through Social Media, she embraced her geek side and was named by Latina Magazine as one of the top 25 Women Who Shine In Technology. She is also very involved in the local grassroots Social Media community in South Florida and has been invited to speak about Social Media, Blogging, Reputation Management, Wordpress, SEO and Local Search at various conferences.
